There is conflict in almost every area of what I am doing.This is always a signal that I am in transition...aiieee...and that is a really uncomfortable place to be.And it is amazing what 2 minutes can do. The good news is that on the other side I get where I was going in the first place...if I stay with it.<BR/>I had one of those 2 hours you're talking about yesterday. That"where did that time go?" kind of thing. I have even in the past hauled out a timer if I needed it to keep me from drifting off. Fifteen minutes at a time, then a break, another fifteen minutes.
