About Me

Janice C. Cartier
I am a painter from the Garden District of New Orleans. I am one of many temporary expats now since the storm. Since I am known for my large scaled wetlands watercolors, this experiment in oils is quite a change for me, but so is everything else away from home. The important thing is to reconnect with my work and with you. To explore anew. Evolve.
