Simple support players that they are. My haiku ducks are well behaved and in their proverbial row.
And these ropey, tangles of downed limbs provide the perfect primordial perch.
But the pink bird, the star of the show, is lagging far behind. And the greens are looking saccharin to me.
Want to feel like an amateur painter? Tackle something out of your comfort zone, and oh, yes, do it in public just to make it interesting. We are wrestling and I am not sure who is winning at this point. Place your bets, mesdames et messieurs...I'll get back to you on this one real soon, all for the Audubon Zoo. Brush don't fail me now. Am I wanting my watercolors? Oh yeah. That would make this a piece of cake.

Yes, I do like my ducks well done.
I've never cottoned on to this new-fangled underdone pink duck.
Yes, and preferably in a row...
In fact always in a row!
BRAVO
I am using the very renowned artist's trick at this moment of leaving it alone for awhile. It will love me all the more when I go back in the room and "masterfully" sculpt a pink bird haiku. There just isn't enough room to write a pink bird sonnet. :) But that green..ahhhhhh.
Cute post, Jan. I like how you bring us in to your thinking of your work. Take care,
Maryann
Grazie tanto Maryann. :)
